Mayor Frank O. Sibuma and the whole Local Government Unit (LGU) of Agoo warmly received Dir. Romulo V. Nabua, Director II of Civil Service Commission (CSC) La Union Field Office, together with Ms. Medard Angela Gacilos and Mrs. Imelda Suyat, Senior Human Resource Specialists, for a courtesy visit and a short program for the awarding of Certificate of Registration for the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between the Agoo Municipal Employees’ Association (AMEA) and the Municipal Government of Agoo, today, February 18, 2025, at the Agoo Conference Hall, Agoo Farmers’ Multi-Purpose Building.
The program, hosted by Ms. Irene Boado and the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), was attended by Mayor Frank O. Sibuma and Vice Mayor Antonio Eslao, officers of AMEA, led by Mr. Nestor Padilla, department heads and section chiefs of the LGU, and chiefs and personnel of PNP, BFP, and BJMP.
Mayor Frank O. Sibuma delivered a message to welcome everyone and show his appreciation to the presence of the Director to recognize AMEA and award them their Certificate of Registration himself. Vice Mayor Antonio Eslao was also present during the program and gave a message, inspiring everyone on becoming good civil servants.
Dir. Nabua also expressed his intentions to help and work with the LGU in fostering productivity and integrity of the employees to ensure excellent government service in Agoo.
Before the program ended, Mr. Nestor Padilla, President of AMEA, shared few words to thank the Director and his staff for delivering the Certificate of CNA Registration of AMEA to Agoo themselves, and to all officials and employees of LGU Agoo, headed by Mayor Frank O. Sibuma, for their support and great works to successfully establish the association. 💚
